David Shorey, CPA, has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1974. He is dedicated to helping clients make intelligent financial decisions and ethically minimize tax liability. His patience and determination ensure that every client is treated with high regard.

Mr. Shorey earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from University of Oregon and then went on to become a Certified Public Accountant. After college and four years of employment with regional CPA firms, Mr. Shorey opened his first practice in 1975 and has now continously practiced public accounting for over 40 years.  In his spare time, David enjoys scuba diving, snorkeling and international travel.  In both work and pleasure, he has traveled to 49 US states and 42 countries around the world.  He has extensive public company accounting and SEC filing experience, business management expertise and international accounting knowledge.

Our firm conducts audits of private companies, pre-prep audits of public companies, reveiw and compilation engagements and personal and business tax engagements.
